Quinter Business Park, established in the 1980s on 10 acres of Light-Industrial-zoned ground, is along state Route 48 in Union. Water, sewer, gas and electric utilities are available. Quinter Business Park is owned by Bob Smith, who can be reached at 937-836-2731 for inquiries about land availability.
