Income tax information from CCA

The CCA Taxpayers Assistance events have been postponed until further notice. If you need help completing tax returns, please call 1-800-223-6317. As of now, tax returns are still due April 15th, however, this date may change. If it does, we will notify you of the new deadline.
As an alternative option, you may mail tax documents to CCA's office, and they will process the tax return for you. Please be sure to include a phone number with tax information. Tax information can be mailed to: CCA-Division of Taxation at 205 W. St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH 44113.
CCA hours of opeation until further notice are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 2:30 p.m.
