Mr. Eric Hein from CCA will be at the City of Union on Monday, March 11, 2024, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and again on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. This will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

City tax forms are available at the City of Union municipal office and can also be obtained on line at:
http://ccatax.ci.cleveland.oh.us
Another options, is you can drop off your form and a copy of your W-2 in a sealed envelope at City Hall and they will complete the form and send you a copy.
